CRESCENT PETROCHEM PRIVATE LIMITED (CPPL) was founded in the year 1981 as a specialized vertical of petrochemical products. From being an aggregator, the business orientation of the company was realigned to the polymer vertical.

In the year 1979, the company (in the name of Crescent Chemicals) secured distributorship of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (IPCL) for their polymer and rubber products. In the year 1992, as a part of realignment of business units within the family, the entire polymer vertical was taken over by CPPL.

In 2002, when IPCL merged with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), CPPL became the DCA of RIL for marketing and promoting its polymer products in the regions of Maharashtra, Goa, Daman and Silvassa. With strong financials and professional service, CPPL maintains its position as highly rated DCA of RIL in the country.

MANAGEMENT

In the tradition of transparent business espoused by the late Shri. Rasiklal Shah, his elder son Shri. Manish Shah steers the company with dedication and with an avowed motto of ‘GROWTH THROUGH EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE’.

CUSTOMER FOCUS

As a leading DCA, CPPL promotes and markets the polymer products of RIL in its designated territory. The Company’s marketing team maintains close contacts with the customers and provides them periodical information on the prevailing and emerging market conditions, national and international polymer price trends, trends in crude oil and feedstock market, plant operations and production details, etc., so as to enable the customers make proper decisions on procurement, inventory holding, production planning, cargo movement, etc.

To enable the customers take right procurement decisions, the marketing team provides comprehensive information on product technicals, availability readiness, right time supply, cargo movement, logistic support, etc. For ensuring seamless support to customers, r team maintains close liaison with the various plants and warehouses of RIL at different parts of the country. In addition, CPPL facilitates customer interaction with officials of RIL at their Product Application and Research Center (PARC) and with Reliance technical support team.

CPPL has a long standing and abiding relationship with all its customers. The management maintains cordial and personal relationship with the promoters of all its customer companies. With such patronage, the company has achieved sustained growth to be the highly rated DCA of RIL in the country.
